At City Bridge Dental we place the highest priority on ensuring our patients well-being and happiness is looked after at all times by all our members of the team. We aim to ensure that from the beginning you experience the highest level of patient care and service, as well as making it stress-free and relaxing, with the end results being rewarding and totally worthwhile.

From your first contact with the practice we will welcome you in a friendly, professional and caring manner and all the members of the dental team will be happy to help and answer any questions.

Patient Care Coordinator

Our Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is here to make sure that you have all the confidence and information you need to feel comfortable during treatment at City Bridge.

Before treatment, each prospective patient can meet with the PCC for a tour of the practice and a relaxed conversation about treatment options and finance. Subsequently, she will provide support and motivation to patients during treatment and offer aftercare advice upon its completion.

Treatment Plans

Following a consultation with the dentist we will discuss the treatment options and a treatment plan will be agreed along with the fee. Patients are encouraged to contact the surgery if they are unsure about anything.

Appointments are normally made following the initial visit and treatment will then follow as per the agreed plan. We offer a text messaging service so that patients are reminded of their appointments closer to that time.

During treatment patients are kept well informed of the progress being made against the original plan so that they are content with the treatment’s progress. Should any alterations to the treatment plan be appropriate, these will be fully explained, discussed and agreed.

After patients have completed their treatment we will aim to ensure that they are 100% happy with the treatment that they have received.

Patient satisfaction

During each visit we strive to ensure that our patients are made to feel truly welcomed by all team members, as we wish to leave a lasting impression. Patients are invited to complete the Reception Questionnaire before departing or leave a comment in the Comments Book. We welcome patient feed-back so that we can respond positively to any issues that have been raised.
