My main role is to ensure that the practice delivers the highest standard of care to every patient, to maintain the efficient running of the practice and to develop and sustain a proficient team.
I ensure that all non-clinical aspects of the practice are managed, so that the clinicians are free to concentrate on their patients.

I began dental nursing in Stirling in 1989, qualifying from Edinburgh’s Telford College in 1991.
Having worked in NHS Practice, Private Practice and with the East Berkshire Community Dental Service, I have had the opportunity to work with some inspiring and wonderful colleagues and patients, who have taught me a lot over the years.
Practice Management has been my professional area for the last seven years.
I was delighted to join City Bridge Dental as Practice Manager in August 2016. It is pleasure working alongside such highly skilled dedicated professionals, and where patient care is paramount.
Outside City Bridge I enjoy spending time with my partner, three children, golden retriever, family and friends.
In my spare time, I run a ladies online accessory store with a good friend, we have a lot of fun! I also like to kayak and paddle board when I get the chance. I love live music too.
I am one of two receptionists at City Bridge.
I assist in booking out the diaries and seeing to our patients.
I enjoy meeting new patients and building relationships with all new and present patients. I love being able to provide a good start and end to the appointment with a friendly smile.
Since being at City Bridge, I have done an NVQ in business administration, and with the help from my colleagues, I have become much more confident when talking to new people.
In my spare time, I love music and attending the theatre. I also volunteer throughout the year for various charities, from collecting money to bungee jumping and skydiving.

My name is Jackie Cusick and I have over thirty year’s dental experience. I have worked within general dentistry, implant surgery, hospital theatre work, paediatrics, orthodontics and reception work.
My current role within City Bridge is Receptionist. I love the patient/people interaction as I am a very sociable person.
I am organised and efficient and have excellent communication skills. I lived and worked in America for four years which is where I took my dental nursing and radiography qualifications.
In my time outside of work I love walking my dog. I am very family-orientated and socialise a lot. I enjoy working with the team at City Bridge.

I have 16 successful years’ experience in the customer service industry and am driven and passionate in providing the highest standard of customer service.
My previous job roles include Guest Service Manager and Wedding Co-ordinator. These have both enabled me to grow as a person and maximise my potential within my career whilst doing what I thrive most, delivering outstanding customer service.
I am now proud to be part of City Bridge Dental. I take great pride in my job role and working with the team to provide the best patient care to each individual, whilst they are undergoing treatment with us.
My job role on reception includes all administration work and booking in patient appointments, ensuring reception runs efficiently whilst being customer focused and professional at all times.
I deal with patients on a daily basis both face to face and on the telephone and assist with questions and queries.
Outside of work I am a keen photographer and love spending time with my friends and family.
