Nick and Mark work with a specialist team of dentists at City Bridge and this enables them to provide outstanding care. Terms and Conditions – Implant Procedure Offer
Offer is for new and existing patients aged 18+, valid between 01/09/26 and 01/01/27. Treatment is subject to suitability and availability and is for over 18s only.
A consultation charge is payable to secure an appointment. This consultation charge can be redeemed against the cost of the implant procedure if the patient chooses to proceed with treatment. The consultation charge is not refundable if the patient chooses not to proceed with treatment. The offer also includes a free CBCT scan, subject to clinical suitability and availability.
Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with an implant procedure. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for an implant procedure will be charged at an additional cost.
The discount will be applied when the final payment is made following the completion of the full implant procedure. The offer will not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only, although the consultation charge may be redeemed against the implant procedure if the patient subsequently chooses to proceed with treatment.
Appointments are subject to availability and are with Nick Ross & Mark Aston only. In the event that the treatment is paid for upfront in full, the discount will be applied at the point of payment. For all treatments which are not paid for upfront in full, the discount will be applied when the final payment is made. Payments are subject to the standard practice policy, which is available upon request.
The implant procedure discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Nick Ross or Mark Aston is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, City Bridge Dental Winchester will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment.
The implant procedure discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The free CBCT scan is included as part of this offer and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or an alternative treatment or service.
City Bridge Dental Winchester will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective. However, City Bridge Dental Winchester cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues, we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence.
Please note that the Practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from City Bridge Dental Winchester’s negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law.
The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. City Bridge Dental Winchester can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion, and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
