This offer is only available between 01/11/2025 and 30/01/2026 The discount only applies in relation to this offer. For the offer to apply, the appointment must be booked and attended before 23:59 on 30/01/2026. This offer is open for all individuals who are existing and new patients at City Bridge Dental.

Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with Implant treatment Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for Implant treatment will be charged at an additional cost.

Appointments are subject to availability. The discount applies to full implant treatment plans only and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that City Bridge Dental is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, City Bridge Dental will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment.

The Implant offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. City Bridge Dental accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment. City Bridge Dental does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore City Bridge Dental accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from City Bridge Dental negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law.  The offer is open to people aged 21 and over only. City Bridge Dental can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
